Del Webb Sun City Huntley is like no other Active Adult community in the Midwest. This resort sits on 2300 acres and when the last 200 homes are complete in 2009, we will be at 5700 homes. There is truly a home for everyone, if you like attached (townhomes) they're priced from $140000 to $240,000, if you prefer single family styles they are priced $179,000 to over $700,000.
