The Del Webb community in Huntley, Illinois is simply the finest Active Adult 55+ community in the midwest !! The developer, Pulte Homes has announced that they will be built out by 2009. When the last 230 homes are completed it will put this resort style community at 5750 homes.

As a baby boomer myself, I realize it's not easy to find the perfect retirement community here in the midwest, however, for us Del Webb Sun City Huntley, does have it all !! The amentities here are incomparable:

> 94,000 square foot Prairie Lodge to enjoy everyday, plus the Meadowview Lodge at the western end of this Active Adult community.

> 82 different charter clubs to join.

> Centegra has a facility, at the lodge.

> Whisper Creek golf course, designed,owned, and operated by Billy Casper, is certainly one of the finest in Chicagoland.

> The Walleye Grill, and incredible resturant located within the Prairie Lodge

Every day the media keeps pounding out negative information about real estate,however, business here in Sun City is brisk !! Last year I had 37 transactions (listings/sales) here in Del Webb.I was Realtor of the Year for both 2006 and 2007. I'm proud to say that I specialize in Del Webb.  The baby boomers are realizing what a value we have here. My wife and I have lived here for almost seven years and find this resort gets prettier with every season. Moving here to this very Active Adult community was the smartest move we ever made !!
