The media would have you believe the sky is falling in the real estate market, here in Huntley, however my business in Del Webb is brisk. In November I have sold 4 homes, listed one, and one of my current listings sold.  Doesn't sound too bad ?? Baby boomers are coming to Active Adult communities and Del Webb Sun City is the best in the midwest !! With 5600 homes under roof, the project will be built out this time next year. I'm fortunate to live in Del Webb and help others with their real estate needs.
