Even though it's cold and there's snow on the ground,the Del Webb Sun City Huntley market is heating up. This Active Adult age 55+ is in demand. I had two closings on Jan. 21, I negoiated on another on Jan. 22 and I've listed two this week, (and this is Jan. typically a poor month for business).The tax incentive has really inpacted our business. We ended 2009 strong in this resort market that we live in. Our company Huntley Realty SOLD & CLOSED on 113 homes here in Del Webb Huntley. Our nearest competitor had 32 !!!  Of the 113 in our office I had 26 of them and was awarded 2009 Realtor of the Year, which makes it four years in a row that I've won this award, God I love this business.  If you need a hard working Realtor, simply call my cell anytime >> 847-890-8881.
