In Del Webb Sun City Huntley, the premier active adult community, for us business is good !! On March 7,2008, I listed a townhome , the ALSIKE model. On March 14,2008 we came to terms. Baby boomers are interested in living the lifestyle we have here in our own resort, Del Webb. Last Sunday I had open house from 1:00-3:00 on one of my listings and during that time had 9 people thru that home. It would seem there are lots of age 55+ lookers out there.
