On March 1-2 the Chamber of Commerce is hosting their annual Business Expo. They are expecting  6,000 people. What a great opportunity to learn about Huntley !!! Our company ,Huntley Realty will be there visiting with our past, present, and future clients. Our hard work is paying off, our  YTD market share is over 50% now in Huntley. Many of our agents live in Del Webb, where I specialize. I'm considering changing my name to Joe Render -The Realtor. I love being a Realtor. I was the Realtor of the Year in 2006, and repeated in 2007.  Del Webb is directly across the street from our office. This active adult community is over 95% built out. The developer only has 220 more homes to complete. Despite what the media pounds out every day, business is brisk in Del Webb Sun City Huntley.
