On Jan 4,2008 I listed a lovely home in Del Webb, and I'm proud to say; today, Jan 14th, buyer and seller came to terms on this home. There is no doubt challenges with todays' real estate market (outside Active Adult communities), but here in this incomparable resort ,which we call home.... business is brisk !! Ten days on the market in January, there has to be a reason why more and more people are placing their confidence in Huntley Realty.
