Pulte, the developer, has announced that they will be completed here with Sun City in 2008 when there will be at 5750 homes !!! The value of resales will steadily rise as baby boomers will continue to move to the premier active adult community in all of Illinois. Huntley is certainly a community with great potential. Home Depot and Walmart have  broken ground on 47. We residents in Del Webb are excited about how convient it will be to have these merchants nearby. 

Come live in the resort.  You deserve to live in Del Webb !!! It will be the best move you've ever made.
