As the number one Realtor, and resident for 10 years  here in Del Webb Sun City Huntley, I am often asked- "how's the market?" While there are challenges, the ACTIVE ADULT- age 55+ sector is the only one that continually performs. Of the 5500 homes here in Del Webb Huntley there are 189 on the MLS for sale at this time.
