I'M  NEVER TOO BUSY FOR MY CUSTOMERS AND CLIENTS !! I'm very fortunate, my business in 2008 has been good and that keeps me busy. Most of my transactions are here where I live in Del Webb, the finest Active Adult community in the Midwest.  Baby boomers like myself, are having a tremendous impact on the real estate market.  Even though I have been busy, I'm committed to promptly following through with every phone call, every e-mail, and every letter. Customer service isn't a department- it's an attitude !!!
