Del Webb Sun City Huntley is over 90% sold out !!! The developer has announced they will be finished with construction in the 4th quarter 2008. Baby Boomers are flocking to Active Adult communities.  Today I  fortunately had my 50th transaction for the year, mostly in Del Webb Sun City Huntley. I'm the expert for this retirement community.
