As a Realtor living and specializing in Del Webb Sun City Huntley quite often I'm asked " Joe, aren't there alot of single family resale homes for sale in Del Webb ? ". The answer is nope there isn't !! At any given time there are about 85-90 single family homes listed on the MLS. Keep in mind this Active Adult 55+ community which I call home, has almost 5600 homes. The prices start at $199K and go up to $539K. There's a home for everyone here in the resort.
